Rebranding to reflect values

Unite Advisory – formerly known as 360 Financial Advantage provide accounting and financial services from three locations: Coffs Harbour, Macksville and Port Macquarie. The Business is built on the foundations of giving back to their local community not only by servicing and employing them but by contributing substantially to charities and causes that matter.

After identifying issues with their old branding, the leadership team approached Viabrand seeking a complete re-brand. They believed that people’s perceptions of the brand didn’t align with how they wanted to be perceived. Our strategists went through a comprehensive discovery session to get to the bottom of the issues they were experiencing. We highlighted key issues with the brands perception, confusion in the name, being undervalued and negative associations.

Using the information from the discovery session and further market research, the Viabrand team got to work to produce strategy and tactics that aim to  communicate the brand substance and align the business with values of caring, reliability, approach-ability, community mindedness and professionalism.

Renaming a brand has many hurdles but the 360 team eventually decided they were happy with Unite, as it represented their key concept of being united on the financial journey. The Slogan, Grow with Certainty, instils trust in all parties and again, encapsulates the essence of the brand. The fusion of these ideas is central to the visual identity design. We carefully and strategically designed a logo with colours and font to bring the brand to life.


With a striking identity in place, we then rolled out the new brand.

Business cards, letterhead, with compliments slips, presentation folders and an entire office building were branded with the new look. Moving forward, Unite Advisory hope that the launch of their new look builds awareness and understanding in the community and they continue to offer the wonderful, personal services they offer.
