    The role is for an experienced, designer and producer of various print and online media – all with an eye for detail and accuracy.

    1. Have a strong portfolio of rollout design, online design and graphic design work
    2. Produce designs that are pixel perfect

    Key Responsibilities

    • Brand development for client businesses, products and services
    • Have experience in creating: brand identities, presentations, product packaging, brochures, websites, landing pages, infographics, social media graphics, basic animations.
    • Rollout understanding using design frameworks (grids, whitespace and balance)
    • Design and format Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents, charts and graphs including infographics to present material in an engaging way.
    • Liaise with internal delivery team and external suppliers when required.
    • Maintain company file naming, folder structures and resources libraries.
    • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.
    • Organising the production of proofs and liaising with suppliers.
    • Prepare solutions for print, video or website production.
    • Log production time for project using our online time tracking system.
    • Adhere to technical and/or creative support when required in compliance with inhouse processes and workflows.
    • Perform other duties as directed by the project delivery management team.
    • General duties include answering phone and email enquiries when required.

    What you need to success:

    • 5 years+ design experience in a similar role
    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
    • Process driven, and solutions focused
    • Experience in concepting, mapping and planning and implementing accurate on brand design strategies
    • Demonstrate strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
    • Design experience across multiple channels including – Digital, Print, Social and Content
    • Obsessive attention to detail and pixel perfect designs (non-negotiable)
    • Self-motivated and an excellent communicator
    • Background in Copywriting is highly desirable
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Dropbox
    • Desirable experience in Harvest and ClickUp
