Brand strategy to drive growth

Following a change in Company Structure and Strategic Direction, CountPlus One saw the opportunity to refresh their entire identity.

CountPlus One approached Viabrand requesting a Brand Refresh. With CP1 being based in Sydney, we held comprehensive discovery sessions via Skype and continued to conduct our own industry research, allowing us to learn the brand and vision back to front. This then informed the direction we wanted to take. The opportunity for CP1 lied in delivering a better customer facing brand, creating strong messaging and brand personality, implementing a marketing strategy and tactical plan.

The Plan

Great things can take time, and that was the case with CP1. We identified 3 Phases of the Rebrand Project that would have to take place, step by step, in order to get CP1 and their brand, where they want to be. The research we conducted allowed us to create a Brand Guidelines document and refined communications strategy. These documents are pivotal and inform the process of creating a visual identity, which came next. The design brief was a re-invigoration of the identity, meaning it was vital we retain the existing established traits that their clients know. The end results was a brand mark that is modern, professional and easy to read.


In the digital age, having a functional and responsive website is absolutely pivotal to a companies success. We were able to create a whole new website with all the requirements CP1 required. In order to remain competitive, we will also introduce a digital success plan over a variety of relevant platforms.
