Showcasing a diverse product range

As Australia’s largest supplier of automotive parts, ACM Auto Parts needed a stronger online presence to enhance brand awareness, increase traffic, and crucially, drive sales leads. 

The company approached Viabrand® to create a new website to showcase the company’s diverse product range and communicate its strong market position. It was also essential to improve site usability and search rankings, with the ultimate goal of driving leads through the sales funnel.


A major goal of the ACM Auto Parts website refresh was to enhance the brand’s visibility and SEO rankings. Viabrand undertook a three-prong approach to building a better website and dedicated sales funnel: discovery, design and development.

The breakdown


Viabrand® ran a discovery session to understand the client’s target audience and plan the foundations for a successful website. Keyword mapping research helped produce a list of target keywords that were used to guide the site’s structure, recommendations for key content pages, and an easy-to-navigate site map.


Armed with a user-centric site map, the next stage was to create a responsive design that visually captured the ACM Auto Parts brand. Viabrand® created bespoke iconography to support ACM Auto Parts’ unique selling proposition, and collaborated closely with the client to demonstrate how new brand content could be laid out to ensure a consistent look and feel across the site.


Viabrand® integrated custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript layouts into the WordPress content management system (CMS) using Viabrand®’s modular and responsive Base Framework™.

This framework simplifies website management and encourages higher organic search engine rankings through enhanced website performance (a minimum of 80/100 on Google’s Load Speed ratings).

Success for ACM Auto Parts

Viabrand® undertook thorough testing with the client before launch, and as a result, “go-live day” was a complete success. ACM Auto Parts has since engaged Viabrand® to maintain the integrity and performance of the website to ensure consistent search rankings.


The new ACM Auto Parts website is more than just aesthetically pleasing—it delivers clear and consistent branding, enhanced user functionality, and crucially, has a dedicated sales funnel to increase leads for the business. Within three months of the website launch, ACM Auto Parts recorded an impressive increase in site traffic, with an average of 30,000 visits per month. This traffic has translated into tangible results—more than 750 order enquiries, nearly 500 email newsletter subscriptions, and 60 requests for call-backs through the website enquiry form.
