Uvida is a recovery support service that combines behavioural science with personalised coaching to help people move forward — beyond symptoms, beyond stalled recovery, toward sustainable wellbeing.

The business was created to bridge the gap between what health systems provide and what people actually need to get better — practical support, emotional clarity, and real momentum.

But before Uvida could support others with clarity and confidence, they needed the same for themselves. They came to Viabrand® for a name, a brand identity, and a digital presence that could clearly express who they are, what they do, and why it matters.

Our process began with discovery and brand visioning, diving deep into the founders’ goals, market positioning, and future plans. The strategic foundations included:

After speaking with the founders, it became clear that Uvida’s unique model is built on partnership, not prescription. To reflect this, we designed all aspects of Uvida’s brand to feel credible, adaptive, and above all, human.

A Name to Empower Recovery

The brand needed a name that captured a clear belief: that recovery is a personal journey, not a prescribed path. That real progress comes from ownership. And that people deserve to be seen as more than their diagnosis.

Uvida was born from that intersection of strategy and emotion. Rooted in vida (life) and led by the personal U, the name reflects agency, movement, and transformation — a reclamation of health on your terms. It’s short, empowering, and full of momentum.

A Visual Identity Built Around Movement

From strategy to visual execution, Viabrand® delivered a complete brand identity system designed to grow with Uvida. Key deliverables included:

  • A custom wordmark with a rising arc beneath it — a gesture of uplift, care, and forward momentum.

  • A colour palette that balances clinical credibility with emotional warmth

  • Clear, structured typography supports readability across both clinical and client-facing settings
  • Brand guidelines and tone of voice

  • Launch assets including pitch decks, social templates, and stationery

  • A one-page brand-led website built for clarity, storytelling, and user engagement

Inspired by the natural rhythm of ocean waves, the new visual system reflects Uvida’s belief that real recovery isn’t linear. It flows, adapts, and progresses at a human pace.

A Website That Reflects the Brand’s Promise

The Uvida website was designed as the brand’s primary platform for communication and conversion. It needed to clearly articulate what Uvida offers, who it supports, and how to take the next step across a diverse mix of clinical and consumer audiences.

Built with clarity and intent, the site architecture speaks to three core user groups: individuals navigating recovery, health professionals seeking trusted partners, and insurers looking for measurable outcomes. Each is guided through dedicated content with a clear messaging hierarchy and purposeful calls to action — from online booking to GP referrals and case consultations.

The language is accessible and direct, striking a balance between professionalism and empathy. Visually, the website reinforces trust and simplicity through consistent use of brand colour, iconography, and motion, supporting intuitive navigation without distraction.

The result is a site that delivers on both form and function — a confident digital expression of the brand, ready to grow with the business and support real-world recovery journeys from day one.
